My complaint:

I bought this mascara couple days ago fromKruidvat and I am not happy with it. Since Kruidvat won’t take the product back, so this is my last resort.
The mascara as promised on the ad will give you 4d effect of lengthen, curled, volume and texture. It did not happen to me. The minute I opened the package I kinda knew that this product would fail me. The mascara didn’t come out as creamy as mascara should be, it was dry as if it was an old mascara. When I put it on it didn’t lengthen my lashes nor gave volume, textured or curled. I even tried to put it on twice but nothing changed. My lashes still looked same as before I put on the mascara. The mascara just coat my lashes but without further effects as promised! But somehow after couple of hours the mascara smudged and made my eyes looked like raccoon. This mascara also failed the waterproof promise!

I am so sorry but this is the worst mascara I ever bought, Loreal should take it out from the market! And yes I would like a solution for this expensive 16.99€.
