My complaint:
Two months ago I have placed my order at the MANGO Online Shop (June 22)and had it delivered to the store. After four weeks I still did not receive it. Since I did receive an email on the 25th of June, that my order would be sent out that day, I went to the store but they told me they didn’t receive it. I sent an email to the customer service, but never received a reply. I called customer service and they told me they could see my email but advised me to wait one more week since it was sales period. I waited for another week, but still did not receive it. I sent another email to the customer service, but never received a reply. I went on holidays for two weeks, so I thought I’d wait till I’d be back. Last week I came back, but again, nothing was there. I was just about to call customer service again, when I received an email saying my order had been delivered in the store (Venestraat Den Haag). I went to get it in the store, but it turned out they never received it. Yesterday I called customer service AGAIN (0900 numbers are really expensive as you might know…) and they told me they would send an email to the distributor and they would let me know that same day if the parcel was found or if I would get a refund. I waited all day but received NOTHING. Surprisingly.
They just lost a customer.
Desired solution:
I am done with this. I either want my money back or my order within 1 day.
