My complaint:
Since february, i would visit the mediamarkt in den haag to see if the price of a simfree galaxy s3 would drop. While i would be there i would check out other (samsung) phones for about 10-15 mins each time.
But there is this employee with short blonde curly hair and glasses in the telecom section (hes almost ALWAYS there -.-), and during each of my visits, whenever this employee was around i would feel extremely unwelcome.
sure enough, today (21st may 2013) i was in the telecom section again to look at a phone, and the employee was suddenly behind me, asked (in dutch, and he had a hateful expression on his face) can i help you, and when i said no, he told me in a very unfriendly voice (in dutch) , then can you go outside, so i left afterwards.
media markt says : u bent van harte welkom in onze winkel.
what a load of rubbish.
if i could throw a brick at that employees face….
Desired solution:
that if you could speak to the appropiate manager about his actions. he was utterly rude, i didnt even do anything, i was just looking at simfree phones; or is that a problem?
he works at media markt den haag, in the telecom section, has short blond curly hair, glasses, and a scratchy voice
