My complaint:

My order for a Travel Luggage Scale, after one month, still didn’t arrive. When I sent them an online enquiry, I only get a very general automatic reply which serves no purpose at all to my enquiry.

I have no other way of contacting them because there isn’t any e-mail or phone no. for contact.

It’s simply a VERY POOR SERVICE or should I say NO SERVICE AT ALL !!!

Desired solution:

There is no other solution, but just hope that my order will arrive one day !!!
