My complaint:

On Sep. the 13th package was delivered at my home-I was not there-Delivery person has left writen note in which is said that he will come tommorow with my package-I made number of arrangements so that I can stay at home and receive my delivery-delivery person did not show-up at all.I have made call to Wehkamp.nl and they told me that according to their records package is delivered- however till now that has not happened

Offered solution:

De klacht is uitgezocht en gebleken is dat de bestelling verkeerd is terug gemeld door de bezorger. De 2 pakketten zijn retour gegaan aan de afzender en een nieuwe levering is inmiddels onderweg. De auteur van de klacht is hiervan in kennis gesteld.
