My complaint:

The track&trace 3S-code:3SYBAD0362666 ,and I hasnot track sny details.It has been already lost for 22 days.I email postNL everyday and wish it can help me find the parcel soon,but I havenot received any information from postNL. I am so worried,but postNL has do nothing to help me.

Desired solution:

Help me find the package as soon as possible
