My complaint:
Ik heb op maandag 13 mei 2 +1 potjes pantothen besteld, en heb niks binnengekregen. Het zou max 12 dagen duren en dat is allang voorbij! Heb wel 80 euro moeten betalen!!
Desired solution:
80 euro terug of 3 potjes pantothen!
