My complaint:
Onderstaande email aan Vueling d.d. 8 september 2012 bevat mijn klacht. Na Herhaalde keren bellen en emailen met Vueling heb ik nooit antwoord ontvangen.
Email aan Vuelin:
On September 8th I booked flight tickets from Amsterdam to Malaga on September 9th. Because the payment via Paypal was not processed before the flight for September 9th, I never received a booking confirmation for this flight till today. Payment collected the sum of € 634,96 of our bank account on September 25th.
After I booked these tickets, I immediately tried to contact Vueling by phone, they told me there was no reservation made under our names that day. Due to the fact I still did not received any confirmation on time, we booked another 3 tickets with Vueling for the same flight but this time via Cheaptickets.nl to be assured of seats for the flight of September 9th.
This means we have paid twice for the same flight. Therefore is the first booking with attached references from Vueling and Palpal not cashed justly. My urgent request is to refund the sum of € 634,96
