My complaint:

On May 25th I made an order for the total value of 183,15 Euro and paid extra for fast delivery. A week later the order was not delivered, I receive excuses and promises but still no delivery. On June 4th I officially requested a full refund. Until now, after a number of emails and phone calls still no money has been paid back. No response to email, phone calls go to the answering machine. Maybe they have been finally shut down so they can’t scam more people.
