My complaint:

sinds 3 years I was a client from telfort. in september 2011 my modem is defect and I needed to have a new one without help from telfort true 0900 number this have cost me 60 euro’s.
in the telfort shop they told me with a new abonnement i can have internet in 10 days with a new modem. wrong intill today I do not have internet, and everytime I get a new person, they work near eachother but not with eachother.

Desired solution:

I hope to get a antwoordnummer to send my defect modem back, and have a working modem back.
