My complaint:

I retuned all items on 10 May 2011 (with original packaging)by TNT.I have not yet received the full refund.(today 07jun 2011).my account has been credited in two times(weeks afters I returned items) saying part of the items returned has delayed by TNT(i sent all items in same packet, so either TNT or BOl.com cannot be trusted)
now they say its an error of accounts department & I have to wait till they resolve & give the balance credit of 13.30EUR (For that Im waiting more than two weeks.)

You let us know you have not received back the total amount which you paid. Unfortunately we are not aware of the reason for this. According to your own calculation you have received euro 13,30 short. We will request our financial department to give an explanation for this and to straighten this out.

Desired solution:

Even thugh its already too late I expect the balance EUR13.30 asap (now almost a month I have returned items.
