My complaint:

Good morning sir/ma,
I am Jemialu sunday b,yesterday i travelled to Den hauge from Einhoven,sincerely i just want you to know the sincerity of my heart,
I got my cutting card on the 23 -10-2009.
So when i got my ticket from the machine,mistakingly i do not know that its one way that the machine printed.In a hurry to bitb the train i pick it and run to the train.

But to my suprise i was told by one of yr staff in the train that i have one way ticket.
He actually gave me a finne of 46euro,please help me not to pay this finne,because sincerly i do not know that the ticket is one way, please help me oooo

PLEASE I WANT YOU TO USE YOUR OFFICE TO REVISE THE FINNE.
