Op 24 september 2010 twee academische versies van Office voor Mac gekocht bij Signpost. Deze pakketten kwamen in aanmerking voor upgrade naar Office for Mac 2011

Ik volgde nauwgezet de procedures, netjes binnen de data, maar kreeg slechts voor één van de twee pakketten een upgrade.

Step 1: Purchase Office 2008
Buy a qualifying Office 2008 for Mac product between 1 Aug 2010 and 30 Nov 2010.

These are the Office 2008 for Mac products that qualify for the Technology Guarantee:

• Office 2008 for Mac Business Edition Special Student Offer
Step 2: Register for Upgrade
Request your Office for Mac 2011 upgrade by providing your product key and completing the online registration form no later than 31 Dec 2010. Each request for upgrade must be entered separately.
Step 3: Verify Purchase
You must verify your eligibility for the Technology Guarantee program. To get started, you will need your dated sales receipt.
You will have the option of submitting your sales receipt by digital upload, fax, or forwarding your email receipt from Microsoft or an authorised reseller. For digital submission, it’s helpful to have your documents digitally uploaded to your computer before beginning the process. Scanned documents, digital photos, and email receipts will be accepted.
Step 4: Receive Upgrade
You will be notified by email when Office for Mac 2011 is available in your country or region and language. You must return to this site to request your upgrade no later than 31 Dec 2010. You will have the choice to download Office for Mac 2011 at no additional cost, or purchase a DVD*.
Buy a qualifying Office 2008 for Mac product from an authorized reseller between Aug. 1, 2010, and Nov. 30, 2010.

You will receive one upgrade Office for Mac 2011 product for each qualifying purchase. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery after general availability. Shipping and handling fees apply. Office for Mac 2011 online downloads may be available in your country. In those countries where online downloads are available, Office for Mac 2011 will be accessible at general availability.
