My complaint:

I ordered lenses 14 October, and still my payment is pending (credit card). I have sent them at least three online messages and one direct email asking what the problem is. No answer, no reaction, no delivery.
Is this business still operating or are they just scamming peoples credit card details?

Desired solution:

Delivery no later than Friday 28 October.
