My complaint:
Ik heb op 23 augustus 2013 een nauplistar besteld en betaald bij aquariumtoebehoren en daarna nooit meer wat van hem vernomen,ondanks vele mailtjes van mijn kant.
Desired solution:
Zo snel mogelijk naar me toe sturen of geld terug!!
