My complaint:

As reported a few times before, Optilens (Muntplein Amsterdam) deliver faulty contactlenses. When approaching them, they don’t reply, don’t react and certainly don’t resolve customer problems.

They just hide.

Despite their ads on their website ‘Zodoende kan Optilens op contactlensgebied al uw wensen vervullen. ‘, I can say I now have had 2 pairs of incorrect lenses, and Optilens are not interested to fix that.
I contacted them several times, but they just ignore emails.

This behaviour shows their commitment to customer service and quality of products.

Please be aware of these facts when you go to Optilens.

Gewenste oplossing

I guess a refund as well as compensation (and perhaps an apology) would be appropriate.
