My complaint:

My name is Mervrouw Adun, months ago I got a call saying that i will received a prize of 75 euros, to go spend a night in any hotel of my choice, the caller ask for the details of my account to deposit the money and that i will receive more information by post. I asked her several times what this will cost but she said nothing. I got the form by post at home and i send it back because of no intrest anymore. I now noticed that the sum of 153 euros was about taking from my account but there was no money and now i am getting letter from MKB incasso. I dont understand all this because i didnt sign any form or contract.

Gewenste oplossing
I want that the company remove my name and information from your system and relieving me of any contract or costs. I will be glad if it is cancelled, i dont want anything to do with this company.
