My complaint:

I have paid for Partnervordeel unneccessarily the last 3 years as I only have one car! I have just receieved the latest factuur for 2014 and noticed that it was incorrect. I phoned ANWB to cancel the Partnervordeel, but was told that I must wait another year!!!!

Desired solution:

Cancel my Partnervordeel for 2014 and give me back the last 3 years money.
