Op de verpakking staat een levensduur van 20 jaar of 20.000 branduren.
Drie maanden geleden hebben we deze lamp gekocht bij Praxis Zutphen en hij is nu al kapot.
Wat doet U met deze klacht.
Uiteraard een nieuwe lamp op zijn minst.

Philips is in overleg met de klant tot een passende oplossing gekomen.
