My complaint:
I’ve bought a bathroom at Piet Klerkx last year and it was completed end April 2010.
The shower tap is not working properly since before Christmas. This means we have to take cold showers everyday since then (lets say 18-20C). It is off course hard for the children and we need to have a bucket to add hot water in the bathtub.
After making a complaint to PK we had to wait until the 24 January that someone came to “repair” the problem. Unfortunately the technician did not have the thermostat to replace inside the tap.
PK told me he would bring with him and He though it would be at my place.
And yes a day of waiting for this gentleman for nothing.
I called PK and guess what??????????
THE PART WAS LOST BY THE POST SERVICES!!!!!!

Another one was ordered

The part finally arrive in the mail this week.
I try to make an appointment (2nd March)………………
First possible date 17 March 2011. wow!!!
Tried to have it sooner (please on a wednesday!! I asked)
I can’t wont take another day off for this.
Our planing will call you back…………………..
I’m still waiting…………
I think I will take a cold shower now it will calm me down.
