My complaint:
I called several timesthe Provea/Tono asking to stop sending me the packages that I never ordered, and also called my bank to block the access of this company to my account. The last time I spoke with the customer service at Provea was in May 10th and they told me that no more packages would be sent to me. And guess what just happend? I got AGAIN new package. I will send it back AGAIN!!
Desired solution:
I hope they NEVER send me anything again, because if they do, I will give the package away and they dont dare to ask me to pay for that!!!!
