Vanochtend stond ik om 8 uur bij halte A-32 Oost in Heerenveen op lijn 20 te wachten van Qbuzz, maar deze reed de halte voorbij, terwijl ik duidelijk zichtbaar mijn ov kaart uitstak.
Dat de chauffeurs voortaan niet slapen achter het stuur, en op de haltes letten.
