My complaint:
It has been already more than 1 year since I am having the problem by uploading money from my Rabobank account to iDEAL. Once per month I am performing some money transfers. Before, everything was going smoothly, but then someone in Rabobank has stopped taking care of the online money transfer.
Every time when I try to upload money via iDEAL, I get the “fout 958” which stands for possible mistake in account number, password…etc. Many times I have tried to be very careful, entering ciphers slowly. Then I realized it is the problem with Rabobank. I call them once per month to report this. They always promise that they will fix the issue, but it didn’t happen until today and I believe it will not happen in the future as well.
Also, they always say that someone will call me back. Well, I don’t know what is happening with this “someone” guy, but he or she never returns a call. Never !
I have promised to the people from Rabobank that I will continue calling them at least once per month and that I will not let this thing go until someone starts working and fix the problem.
I also know that nothing will be changed after I post this Klacht, but my wish is to spread the word about how Rabobank bad and unprofessional is. And I will keep doing that every month. I have already found the new way to do my online payments, without Rabobank and iDEAL, but the point is to bother them until they fix the issue.
Desired solution:
Please solve the problem with uploading money via iDEAL, or cancel the iDEAL possibility because it is not working anyway.
