My complaint:

Rabobank has still big peoblems if you want to pay something vie iDEAL.Evry time it says “fout 958” , but after few tries the payment can be done. Sometimes after third trial (if you are lucky) and sometimes you need to try 10-15 times and still nothing happens. Two years nobody can solve it, and when you call 0900 number, untrained personell is telling you the sories how your Pc is not good, or your pin pas is not good…I am tired of those stupid coments and thinking to close all my accounts and to change the bank just because I do not want to me malested every time by some bank or its employees.

Solve the problem with iDEAL already
