My complaint:

Dear sir/madam,

Last week I received a letter from Click and Buy. In the letter states that I have to pay €106,45 for using a Click and Buy account.

I didn’t used it because I do not have a Click and Buy account. I don’t have any products of Apple.

I will not pay the amount of €106,45 because I didn’t used any account. Can you help me with this situation because I don’t know what happend. This is not my account.

I hope you will answer my complaint soon as possible.
