My complaint:

I had an account with Fortis Bank where the renteafsluiting was sorted every 3 months. Now that Fortis is overtaken by ABN they have decided to sort the renteafsluiting every month unilaterally.

Gewenste oplossing

Going back to the previous situation or decrease the interests accordingly.
