My complaint:

I have been subscribed to the services of this company in order to access some premium parts of the site (i.e. houses available for rent with details).

I have then paid the amount of 19.95E and didn’t notice that they have PRE-SELECTED that the subscription would be automatically renewed (which from the anti-competition authority has been characterised as fishing policy and it is forbidden).

Long story short, this company has been monthly charging me with the amount of 19.95E for the last 10 months WITHOUT ever to send me INFORMATION about withdrawing this amount or any other reminder.

I have noticed their replies to other complaints and the arguement that the subscription wasn’t cancelled before is absolutely NOT VALID since they were withdrawing money without any REMINDER, INFORMATION and/or further acceptance.

Desired solution:

The only acceptable solution would be to return the full amount of 199.95E charged the last month immediately.
