My complaint:
I wanted to switch from Ziggo to KPN due to Ziggo reducing the number of channels on their system (mainly BBC2) I sent a letter to them on June 11th the day I signed with KPN requesting them to disconnect me. I heard nothing other than the 3rd quarter invoice , reminder notice , incasso notice. After various letters with a Martine Ferment i was told I would receive a new invoice to September 1st .( this after them pointing out their incasso notice was looking for payment to September 30th) .
Desired solution:
All I want is to stop receiving payment requests from Bos Incasso and Ziggo BV for something which I asked Ziggo in writing on June 11th 2011 not to provide.
Bearing in mind I was a good customer since 2003!
