Mijn identiteitskaart werd gestolen.Ik deed aangifte van de diefstal. De politie van Madrid maakte hierover proces verbaal.Ik heb dus een bewijs van de politie. Is dat voldoende om de vlucht terug naar Belgie te maken?

Hello,

My ID card has been stolen. I went to the police station in Tenerife south. I have a paper with the declaration of the police in Madrid. Are those documents enough to take the plane back to Belgium

Please give me an answer soon because I have to take the plane on april the 19th.

I never got an answer.

When we where at the airport the 19th at 4 am, the manager of ryanair wouldn’t let us take our plane. We had a discution about it, because for the incheck everything was oké!!
My friend couldn’t leave eather, because I’ was not able to manage it alone: going to the ambassy, new ID card, new flight, new appartment to stay for 4 days.

We flew back 23th of april ref. LIT87R

Desired solution:

terugbetaling van vlucht van mij en van mijn vriend(90x2euro) en het verblijf van 4 dagen(160 euro), voorlopig paspoort (50euro), taxi(25 euro) reis consulaat(10 euro)
