Since week ago and I am in ping pong e mails between them Because 50 EURO Cash back
For God sake I have placed an order online on the website and I have the
Invoice in my account but The (CRAP SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE ) asked for proof of purchase?
What does this mean? What does proof of purchase mean?
If in the invoice I have provided to Samsung it is written everything
We are in 2013 and SAMAUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID ( INVOICE IS DIFFERENT THAN PROOF OF PURSCHASE )

If you do not want to give me the 50 EURO Cash back . keep it maybe this 50 EURO will make Samsung richer
