My complaint:
First of all sorry to right this text in English but my Dutch is not good enough to make my point clear.
On the 03/12 I have bought a PS4 game by Saturn were it was stated that an order done before 22.00 PM will be delivered on the next day.
Because this didn’t happen after few days I’ve contacted the support team from Saturn were I was told that the game was on back order. This is incorrect because the game is currently available on their web store at higher price now. According to the customer service the one available cannot be ship because it has a different code! This is exactly the same one as the one I have paid for earlier but at a cheaper price.
Saturn is now giving me an ETA for the 22/12/13 at best when it was the 13/12 few day’s a go.
Be aware before buying any games from this shop. Still wonder if I will receive it one day but my money is for sure gone…
Desired solution:
To give the current availability of a product online and not to promise a delivery on the next day when t is impossible.
To provide a customer with his product when it's obviously available.
