My complaint:
We ordered a Viking Boxspring Bed via Groupon (Germany) on 22 February 2012. We received an automated e-mail telling us our order number (24016). The bed should be delivered within 10 weeks, i.e. by 2 May 2012 at the latest. Since they did not call us to agree a delivery date, I send several e-mails to Scandic Bedden and tried to reach someone via phone – without success. They neither reply to e-mails, nor answer phone calls nor call back. I am now wondering, whether Scandic Bedden actually exists. Does anyone know whether Scandig Bedden filed for insolvency. Or is it simly fraud?
