I’ve ordered a vinyl record (breakable and fragile). First delivery failed as I was at work, so I wanted to go to the website to request different delivery time. It didn’t worked so I’ve send email asking for different delivery time or delivery to the neighbours. No response…
Next day, I’ve noticed that the package was….forced into the mail box. I’ve had to cut the packaging to the pieces to be able to remove the record from the mailbox. Of course it’s damaged. It’s bent and there are many scratches (it was a brand new vinyl record in foil). It’s useless now. The yellow, courrier label says RAY409
