My complaint:

HE NOTE!!The worst experince ever with the post.1st delivery I was absent they did not leave the note.2nd delivery I waited whole day they did not come at all.The package was from Germany sent by DHL and I did not it to be sent back and I wanted them to send it to the service point.But the change is only possible through the web site with the infocode.HOW COULD I DO THAT IF THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AND DID NOT LERAVE A NOTE!!
