My complaint:

i have had an account with simpel since jan 2008,every month the cost is not more than 20euro.In january 2011 all of a sudden i had a amount of 498,02 euro for the period december 2010.This is strange becuase i was on holiday and i did not use my phone but simpel insists that i did, bizaar are the words that i have used this in data when i never use my phone for data purposes.I now have a incasso to deal with and pay a sum of 589,38 euro within 7 days.please could somebody help sort this out as it is criminal. i refuse to pay this bill

Desired solution:

amount which is my normal monthly bill around 20euro and i am going to close my account as soon as possible.

14 years ago - SIMPEL CLAIM TO HAVE CREDITED MY ACCOUNT!! I STIULL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THIS IN WRITING ONLY A EMAIL.THE STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT IS STILL SHOWING THE SAME NEGATIVE SALDO NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ,ON THE SITE THE COMPLAINT IS LISTED AS SOLVED BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED AS MY SIM CARD IS ALSO STILL BLOCKED.WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS COMPANY ALL ABOUT
