My complaint:

Hieronder mijn klacht die ik bij KLM had ingediend naar aanleiding van mijn vlucht naar Atlanta:
I want to compain about the fact that thera are some smaller seats in the back
of the cabin on the Airbus 330 that flies with KL621 and KL622.

On the flight to Atlanta on 16 okt 2009: After 2 hours I had a pain in my back because I had to hang
over to the right side to releaf my left (big) neighbour. While I was hanging to the right, I was
hit by everybody that walked trough the walking way. I was sitting on seat 39G. I was surprised to
see that other seats were wider (I mean the the seat size from left to right) than my seat. The
passengers on the bigger seats paid the same ticketprice as I did. When I told this to the stewards,
they told me they did not know this and noticed there were more smaller seats in the back of the
aircraft.

On the way back I was sitting on seat 41B, this was again a smaller seat.

I think this is not fair. I pay the same price for a smaller chair as for a wider one. While I am
not informed that I have to sit on this smaller seat.
