My complaint:

Following correspondence with their client, their client (HealthCity) decided to set Snijder on me. They are unresponsive with bully boy tactics. They don’t reply to emails, cannot look for the correspondence with their client and now they have decided to take it further, despite my offering them the proof that I did as their client asked me to do!

They are using bully boy tactics to get money, which in this instance makes them thieves!

Desired solution:

The sense reigns, they look for the correspondence and that they can answer emails in a timely fashion.

I\'d also like to see their \'contact\' Ms F van de Leeuwen sacked/fired for lack of professionalism and not looking for the correspondence as was pointed out to her

This went way too far and they think that 2 years later reacting in a public form solves ANYTHING. What a joke of a company they keep proving to be. Even the arrogance in their answer says it all. Not sorted, and the happy face on this needs to be returned to an angry face. How dare this company decide to react in a public fashion 2 years later. What a bunch of onarists. I have a website up about them, and you can't imagine the amount of hits it's had in two years, quiet a few it has to be said. They are arrogant so and so's and that won't change by they trying to answer an online complaint 2 years later.

Snijder Incasso & Gerechtsdeurwaarders heeft deze klacht inmiddels behandeld. Om privacyredenen zal Snijder zich niet in het openbaar uitlaten over de inhoud van deze toelichting.
Snijder vertrouwt erop dat zij met haar schriftelijke toelichting een afdoende reactie op de klacht heeft gegeven.
