My complaint:
Sorry to write in English; I’m really frustrated as today 24JUN was supposed to be my first day with Tele2 Internet service after transfering from my previous provider; I understand you could be a few hours without internet while the setup is arranged, but after 7:30PM and no Internet I called the client service just to find out I would not have Internet for the next 2 days as they need to send a technician to look into some node in my area (Rdam center). So much for the promise of “no day without internet” below! If there was something to arrange, why wouldn’t they plan ahead and verify that all is good before the day of migration!
I need Internet to work, so I’m very affected with this issue.
