My complaint:

ik ben jarenlang telfort klant, tot maart 2010 kon ik sms naar buitenland uit bundel gebruiken.
sins juni zie dat sms naar buitenland word in rekening gebracht.

Gewenste oplossing

dat de sms en naar buitenland weer binnen bundels vallen.
