My complaint:
Dear Nelly.com,
i have a complaint!
I placed an order (for the first time) of 2 items and only a week after i received the items, both were marked down with 50%.
So I payed 50% too much: 110 euro.
The reply from your customer service was that i should just return the items. But i want to keep them, just not pay twice as much for them.
Can you please resolve this issue?
A one time coupon for the difference is ok with me. That way you know i will shop again with you, and I don’t pay too much for my order.
