My complaint:
Dear All,
On 11 February I booked a flight for 11 of our Polish sailors from Warsaw (depart at 11.15) to Eindhoven (arrival at 13.15) and at the next flight at 14.40 from Eindhoven also Ryanair to Brindisi.
Flight from Warsaw to Eindhoven had 40 minutes delays and the luggage in Eindhoven have been given on another conveyor belt than what was announced and it was another waste of time.
A group of 11 persons came up to check-in the luggage to Brindisi, and was 6 minutes before end and the light still shining, where he heard that can the luggage not in-check .
They went to the transition to the plane, where they were informed that must pay the € 50, – for each additional luggage.
The extra luggage were paid when booking.
After entering the plane for takeoff the plane waited yet 30 minutes.
We ask for reimbursement of baggage fees in the amount of Euro 550.- on bank account as below , because the whole situation was founded not the fault of the passengers.
In annex allowed myself to enclose the scan flights booking and evidences of payment.
