My complaint:

I bought 3 tickets for 312 euros on June 14th and still don’t have them. Many mails sent and every time the same answer: you will receive the tickets 1 week before the show. And still nothing: 5 days left !!

Desired solution:

At least 312 euros back and more for the inconvenience and the no seeing show !!
