My complaint:

I’ve placed an order with Tommy Teleshopping but canceled it again before shipment. The order was indeed canceled and never shipped, by my money (EUR 59,90) was never refunded. I’ve sent 5 emails asking them to refund my money. I’ve tried to call several times but never get an answer. And my money is still not refunded.

Offered solution:

Dear Jheyneke,

It's correct that the money is not yet refunded. We'll make a payment on thursday the 9th of december. So the money will be visible after the weekend on you account of the single authorization.
