My complaint:

Sorry to type in English but its the best language for me to make a complaint! I ordered a chess set with pieces on 25th Jan. and paid for it that day but have yet to receive anything! I called and got through to a very arrogant guy who said he had to order it from abroad. I waited another week and called back, spoke to the same guy who said I should receive it in a couple of days. I sent a message through their website and got no reply, I have tried to call their number again but it is now unavailable but it costs 25cent, so gave up on that! I have now emailed them at [email protected] to give them a warning before I take to my lawyer, its a small amount I paid but its the principal. They must be stealing hundreds if not thousands of euros from people by not delivering goods that are paid for.

Gewenste oplossing

The only solution other than legal action is to book back the money to my bank account by sending the info to my bank.
