Complaint: Two months and still waiting for some positive action

My complaint:

We’ve been trying to change the administrative contact for our company’s domain for the last two months.

I’ve faxed all the required information no less than THREE times (including confirmation numbers from their fax system), yet still no one seems to be able to find the fax. I get a different person each time I contact them, each with their own excuses but so far no one who are able to take some positive action towards resolution.

I’ve also several times found 1-2 week delays on my emails, and only when I chase them do I get a response – but still no movement towards resolution. I’ve suggested that I could scan and email the documents, though this suggestion was pointedly ignored.

A key part of XS4All’s advertisement is how great their customer service is. If this is “great” customer service, “normal” service must be an answering machine saying “work it out yourself”!

Desired solution:

An actual way for XS4All to receive the documents I keep sending them, and the domain administrator changed to the appropriate one - preferably before yet another two months have passed!
