My complaint:

Omschrijving klacht

My Problem Started from the very first day i got the installation done from UPC. I took 5 day off from Work 2 half day sbut still it ‘s the same thing again and again. i keep trying things calling the help line they also send people to check and fix the problem but there is never the solution or any satisfactory response. The Mechanic comes whenever he says all is okay. i am so upset with the ever abundant disconnection after 5 minutes and there is no connectivity for hours and hours.

Gewenste oplossing

Well, All I request is to please …. Check the Problem With This Or The Issue as i can ‘t skip my work every time for this call and Internet Issue. I feel so helpless as i have no idea what ‘s wrong with the Connection and why it is so frequently off Out Connectivity.
