My complaint:

Their client VGZ have lost or cannot trace money paid to them, Incasso Unie send us a lovely letter to let us know. However when you contact them, the cannot be bothered to reply. Contacted on

I also called them and was talking to a useless woman who said that there was a problem with the email on the 3rd of november… this was made VIA THEIR website, and went to their sales email address. She was making out that was MY fault. Of course she failed to address the other dates they received emails (which we got confirmation of from their automated system).

Contacted via their website on the 3-1-11, and it went to their sales email address

Desired solution:

That they get their act together, and grow up. If someone sends an email message it should be responded to INSTANTLY (or within an hour), not days, not weeks. They also need to apologise for their ineptitude in dealing with someone elses customer. Especially as a result of their stupidity VGZ has LOST our business!

Useless and Inkasso Unie lost VGZ an entire family of customers, not to mention others, as I actually sat with them and helped them change their insurance company, so well plain Inkasso Unie, you have proved your uselessness...
