My complaint:
Insurance paid but they couldn’t recognise their own payment reference. So, the set their Incasso bureau on us.
What I can’t figure out is, where my money is. Was paid each month (although not by automatisch incasso) and they have NOT allocated it correctly. If they cannot trace where money should be booked to, shouldn’t they return it????????????????????
Makes not that much difference, we’ll be changing companies anyway!
Desired solution:
They find my money, add interest (rente) for loosing it send a letter of apology, and seriously consider sacking Incasso Unie (as that crowd really don\\\'t enhance customer services!
