My complaint:

I have booked the tickets via Vluch24. The tariffs looked okay but in the end when all the hidden costs were added and it was not a good deal at all! I have paid 138 euro more than just booking my flight right via Transavia.

Service costs: 79
Using Visa for payment: 18 euro (not using Visa not possible. It was only possibility to pay)
Flexifly insurance: 41 euro (did not choose for it was automatically selected by Vlucht24)

The site is built in such a way that you don’t get a transparent view on the final price. At the same day I have got 4 different invoices from Transavia and Vluch24. When all costs were added, I realize that it was a not a good deal to book tickets via Vluch24.

Fare tarrifs
No hidden costs
Charges vor credit card 18 euro?
Do not automatically select insurances (Flexifly, cancelasion)

Offered solution:

Dear customer,

we offer different flights on our site vlucht24.nl, most of them are the cheapest on the market.

All the costs are shown at the end before you press the button „Confirm booking“ so you have the chance to just look and compare or finally book.

If something is not clear, you can always contact us per mail or phone.

It is also possible to cancel an insurance or our rebooking service (FlexiFly) you have accidentally chosen for within 14 days after doing so.
In your case, the FlexiFly came in handy because you wanted to rebook the flight.
