My complaint:
I’m not so good in writing in dutch that why I do it in English,
last 2 month I see on my bill that I pay 42€ for internet data when I use internet only on wifi (I do it like this all last year) noting is change in my telephone and when I phone the help of Vodafone they tell me “DAT KAN” they try to say that my telephone decide to go on internet sound to me stupid answer but they don’t care and the only solution is to block my telephone from internet….. now I need to pay 126 € for internet that I didn’t use and It make me “not so happy” when I think and all this time that I try to find the Wifi connection and con’t connected to internet and pay for this ….
